Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end delivery of machine learning initiatives, the full-time Staff Machine Learning Engineer will partner with cross-functional teams to define long-term ML roadmaps, drive R&D on chatbot architectures, and design ML models for conversational agents in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, rollout, documentation, and maintenance of multiple machine learning initiatives
• Collaborate with risk, product, engineering, design, and operations leaders to execute long-term ML strategies
• Drive research and development of chatbot architectures and develop ML-powered tools to enhance customer support

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in machine learning, applied AI, or product ML with deep technical expertise
• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams through technical guidance
• Experience shipping end-to-end ML features from problem framing to deployment
• Production experience with language models, dialog systems, or generative AI
• Strong foundation in NLP, deep learning, or ML infrastructure best practices
