Job Summary

Driving the future of personalized discovery, the full-time Staff Machine Learning Engineer will enhance machine learning models and systems for podcast recommendations, collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams to optimize user experiences for millions of listeners globally.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve machine learning models for the Home feed and Shortcuts experience
• Design and implement personalized recommendations for a global audience
• Mentor other Machine Learning Engineers and contribute to the long-term architecture of personalization systems

Required qualifications

• Deep experience in building and deploying machine learning systems in production environments
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch
• Experience with large language model training and optimization techniques
• Familiarity with distributed machine learning workloads and data pipeline technologies
• Strong background in recommendation systems and content discovery platforms
