Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Staff Machine Learning Engineer will build and evolve machine learning engineering capabilities to enhance AI-powered clinical solutions, focusing on tooling, infrastructure, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop ML engineering tooling for automated prompt tuning and model benchmarking
- Create scalable experimentation infrastructure for optimizing models and AI approaches
- Translate ML and clinical AI requirements into technical solutions while providing mentorship to engineering partners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in machine learning engineering or related technical disciplines
- Experience in designing and implementing production-quality machine learning systems
- Proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices
- Ability to independently solve complex technical problems in ambiguous environments
