Job Summary
To support the development of innovative Voice AI solutions, the full-time Staff Machine Learning Engineer will design, implement, and enhance the core Voice Platform while collaborating with product managers and mentoring colleagues in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the core Voice Platform, including Audio Acquisition and Speech Generation
- Partner with product managers to understand customer use cases and technology challenges, ensuring successful solutions
- Build and deploy large-scale distributed Voice AI systems across multiple regions and data centers
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience building distributed Voice AI systems at a large operational scale
- 4+ years of experience developing LLM-based applications and integrating models
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang, or Java
- Experience operating distributed workloads on Kubernetes following a DevOps approach
