Job Summary
Leading mobile engineering development for iOS and Android applications, the full-time Staff Mobile Engineer will work remotely within the US and Canada, focusing on feature development, technical direction, and mentoring engineers while integrating AI-assisted development practices.
Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery of features and address production issues, debugging cross-platform problems
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and ship features rapidly
- Drive business strategy through mobile initiatives and contribute to the mobile organization's roadmap
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience building mobile applications in Swift/SwiftUI or Kotlin/Jetpack Compose
- Proven technical leadership skills, including writing production code and making architectural decisions
- Experience mentoring engineers and fostering collaborative team environments
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other engineering leaders
- Interest in AI and its applications in mobile development
