Job Summary
To support a growing AI infrastructure platform, the full-time Staff Network Engineer will design and build automation systems for provisioning NVIDIA switches and InfiniBand fabrics, manage network configuration, and ensure consistent operational performance in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement automation for provisioning and configuring NVIDIA switches and InfiniBand fabrics
- Build control loops to maintain consistent network state and manage configuration drift
- Define network behavior at scale, including failover strategies and performance under AI workloads
Required qualifications
- Experience in network automation, with a focus on programmatically configuring switches and routers
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA networking technologies, including UFM and Spectrum switches
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals such as InfiniBand, VLAN, VXLAN, and BGP
- Experience managing networks at production scale and applying automation for root cause analysis
- Proficiency in software development, particularly in Go or Python, with version control practices
