Staff Networking Engineer
Job Summary
Owning network architecture and operations, the full-time Staff Networking Platform Engineer will manage networking across the management plane and tenant clusters, focusing on Kubernetes networking, data center routing, and tenant isolation.
Key responsibilities
- Translate customer connectivity and performance requirements into supported platform features and manage their lifecycle
- Build Kubernetes-native automation for tenant network management, ensuring isolation and connectivity throughout transitions
- Oversee dynamic configuration of tenant networks and routing policies, validating network performance and reliability
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in designing and operating networking services on data center infrastructure
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and Linux networking, including knowledge of CNI behavior and network policy
- Experience with Kubernetes-native development and network automation, including GitOps practices
- Background in building multitenant infrastructure or managed Kubernetes products
- Familiarity with fabric management and IPAM systems such as Netris or NetBox
