Staff People Business Partner
Job Summary
Acting as a principal advisor to senior leadership, the full-time remote Staff People Business Partner will shape People strategy, lead complex organizational design initiatives, and provide executive coaching during a critical period of business scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and VP-level executives, translating business strategy into talent implications
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives, aligning talent supply with business needs
- Develop and present people insights that influence business strategy and drive operational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5-7 years as a strategic HRBP in a high-growth technology environment
- Deep business acumen with the ability to develop scalable People solutions for complex problems
- Expertise in California and federal employment law, with strong employee relations skills
- Exceptional analytical storytelling skills to influence executive decision-making
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in organizational development, business, or HR management is a plus
