Job Summary
Leading high-impact infrastructure and developer productivity initiatives, the full-time Staff Platform Engineer will work remotely to enhance cloud infrastructure, CI/CD processes, and developer environments while providing technical leadership across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Ship early wins that improve developer productivity by contributing to production infrastructure and tooling
- Lead major platform initiatives from design to production, focusing on Continuous Delivery and related projects
- Shape architecture across the company by participating in and leading technical proposals and architectural discussions
Required qualifications
- Staff-level engineering experience with a track record of leading large, ambiguous initiatives
- Proven expertise in cloud infrastructure and architecture, particularly with AWS and infrastructure as code
- Strong background in Continuous Delivery, including CI/CD pipeline improvements and deployment workflows
- Experience in building self-service tooling and developer environments that enhance developer productivity
- Knowledge of observability and operational excellence, with experience in designing reliable production systems
