Staff Product Designer
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end design of the Agent Experience, the full-time Staff Product Designer will create a cohesive programmatic interface across various tools and documentation while ensuring a seamless human-agent interaction in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design a unified programmatic interface for agents across CLI, API, SDKs, and documentation
- Create agent-facing documentation that serves as a learning tool for operating the platform
- Close the onboarding gap by designing a configuration-first deployment path for agents
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product design experience, preferably with developer tools or APIs
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design across both GUI and non-GUI surfaces
- Experience designing end-to-end user journeys across multiple interface boundaries
- Understanding of AI-native product design implications
- Ability to collaborate with engineers and read code effectively
