Job Summary
Leading complex design initiatives, the full-time Staff Product Designer will shape the Receipt & Rewards experience in a remote capacity, focusing on enhancing user interactions with receipt submission and rewards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance user needs and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead high-ambiguity initiatives to create a cohesive user experience across receipt capture and rewards

Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Proven product leadership at Staff-level scope with a track record of leading complex initiatives
- Exceptional product design craft with a focus on usability and accessibility
- Strong systems thinking to connect user behavior with product experiences and business needs
- Experience designing AI-powered consumer experiences and understanding when to apply intelligent systems
