Job Summary
Leading design across the Content and Localization teams, the full-time Staff Product Designer will own the Agentic CMS experience, shaping how enterprise marketing teams manage and publish content while working remotely from the United States or Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Agentic CMS experience from discovery and UX strategy to execution, ensuring a coherent system for content management
- Design user interfaces for both marketing teams and AI agents, focusing on usability and transparency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on content models and product strategy before implementation
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing work on complex products
- Experience with content systems and multi-user workflows
- Strong interaction and visual design skills, with proficiency in AI-assisted workflows
- Ability to engage with engineers on API design and content architecture
