Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Staff Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality designs and prototypes, translating product strategy into intuitive user experiences while leveraging AI design tools and contributing to the design system.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and leadership to define product initiatives and execute high-quality designs
• Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities, using insights to inform design decisions
• Contribute to the design system to ensure a cohesive and scalable visual language across the product

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product design within a fast-paced environment
• An outstanding portfolio showcasing case studies in typography, interaction, and visual design
• Ability to tackle complex challenges and create simple, intuitive experiences
• Understanding of design systems and their evolution in the field
