Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

To shape complex product experiences in a fully remote capacity, the Staff Product Designer will define and align product strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and create innovative AI-enabled design solutions, all while leveraging modern UX practices and ensuring technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product opportunities and measurable outcomes
• Define human-centered interaction models for AI-enabled products and balance automation with user control
• Lead design from early product definition through detailed interaction design, ensuring cohesive experiences across products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 8 years of professional experience in product design or user experience, particularly with complex enterprise initiatives
• A portfolio showcasing problem framing, interaction design, and product impact
• Experience collaborating with product management and engineering throughout the product lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
