Job Summary
As a visionary leader, the full-time remote Staff Product Designer will shape user experiences by tackling complex product challenges, guiding design strategy, and ensuring the evolution of design systems while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of complex marketplace flows, ensuring seamless transitions between client hiring needs and talent career growth
- Act as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering, helping define the product roadmap by identifying user-centric opportunities
- Oversee the evolution of the design language and component library, ensuring accessibility and consistency across products
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Product Design with a proven track record in B2B, SaaS, or Marketplace products
- Expert-level Figma skills, including advanced prototyping and library management
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in remote or distributed organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years in a marketplace, platform, or multi-sided network business model
