Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Defining design strategy across multiple product pillars, the full-time salaried L7 Staff Product Designer will lead complex design projects for WanderOS, focusing on creating user-friendly interfaces and enhancing the design system while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design projects of significant scope and complexity across WanderOS, ensuring a cohesive creative vision and execution
• Define design direction for various product areas, including operator onboarding, guest communication, and reporting
• Mentor and guide other designers, running critiques and identifying skill gaps to elevate the design function

Required qualifications

• 10 to 13+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplaces
• Proven experience in defining design strategy across multiple product areas or complex systems
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale design systems adopted by organizations
• Strong command of product strategy and a wide range of UX tactics for user-centered outcomes
• Deep mastery of Figma and modern prototyping tools
