Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design for every usage-based feature in Pinpoint, the full-time Staff Product Designer will work remotely to shape product strategy, ship complex features, and collaborate closely with the Marketplace squad, including the PM and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage the end-to-end process for usage-based features, from vendor conversations to implementation
• Lead the design of the next phase of Pinpoint Checks, including automated routing and compliance checks
• Prototype in code and submit PRs for small front-end fixes while ensuring high-quality UI craft

Required qualifications

• Experience designing complex B2B software products with a portfolio showcasing shipped work
• Familiarity with regulatory constraints and workflows in industries like fintech, payments, or legal
• Hands-on experience with multi-state workflows and enterprise-scale changes
• Daily use of AI tools in design processes and a willingness to learn coding for prototyping
• Strong understanding of commercial outcomes, including margin and conversion metrics
