Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design of AI-powered clinical tools, the full-time Staff Product Designer will work remotely to define problems, gather requirements, and create user interfaces that enhance human-AI interactions in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own product design for the AI Track, from problem definition to working with engineers on solutions
• Design and iterate on interfaces for human-AI interaction, ensuring they are reusable by other teams
• Gather requirements independently from providers and stakeholders to shape design briefs

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in product design, focusing on complex work interfaces such as EHR or operational tools
• Experience designing human-AI interaction interfaces, particularly for review-and-approval processes
• Hands-on prototyping skills using AI tools on existing codebases
• Proven track record of contributing to design systems with reusable components and documentation
• Advanced English (B2+) and fluent Russian, with availability to work within CET-compatible hours
