Staff Product Designer
Job Summary
To shape the future of mental health care experiences, the full-time Staff Product Designer will lead design work across Clinical AI products, patient portal experiences, and the evolution of the design system, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product design initiatives across multiple strategic areas, including AI-powered experiences and patient portal flows
- Improve core patient portal experiences and establish interaction patterns for conversational AI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and enhance user experiences through research and prototyping
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing strong product thinking and exceptional visual/UI craft
- Experience designing rich web and native mobile products, particularly in ambiguous or zero-to-one product spaces
- Strong user research skills with the ability to independently conduct usability testing and synthesize insights
- Experience creating and evolving scalable design systems
- Proficient in interaction design, information architecture, and responsive interface design
