Staff Product Designer
Job Summary
Leading large, ambiguous initiatives, the full-time Staff Product Designer will work remotely to shape interaction patterns and visual systems, partner with Product and Engineering leaders, and engage with strategic customers to enhance product design and impact across multiple areas.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage design initiatives from problem framing through launch and iteration
- Engage regularly with strategic customers to incorporate their feedback into product decisions
- Utilize AI tools to enhance design processes and contribute to the design system across web and mobile applications
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple product areas
- Deep interaction and visual design skills, with the ability to define new design patterns
- Experience using AI tools in design practice, with demonstrable results
- Proven experience mentoring other designers
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership on design strategies
