Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design of AI-powered clinical tools, the full-time Staff Product Designer will shape human-AI interaction patterns, gather requirements independently, and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own product design for the AI Track, from problem definition to solution delivery
• Design and iterate on interfaces for human-AI interactions, ensuring reusability across teams
• Contribute to the design system by creating reusable components and documentation

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in product design, focusing on complex work interfaces such as EHR or operational tools
• Experience designing human-AI interaction interfaces, particularly in agentic products
• Hands-on prototyping experience in code using AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor
• Proven track record of contributing to a design system within product initiatives
• Advanced English (B2+) and fluent Russian, with availability for CET-compatible hours
