Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design of AI-powered clinical tools, the full-time Staff Product Designer will collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape human-AI interaction patterns and ensure design quality in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own product design from problem definition through user analysis and collaboration with engineers on solutions
• Design and iterate on interfaces for human-AI interactions, ensuring they are reusable across teams
• Gather requirements independently from providers and stakeholders to shape project briefs

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in product design, focusing on complex work interfaces such as EHR or operational tools
• Experience designing human-AI interaction interfaces, particularly in agentic products
• Hands-on prototyping experience in code using AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor
• Proven track record of contributing to a design system with reusable components and documentation
• Advanced English (B2+) and fluent Russian, with availability to work within CET-compatible hours
