Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design of AI-powered clinical tools, the full-time Staff Product Designer will shape human-AI interaction patterns and drive product design initiatives in a remote environment, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Own product design for the AI Track, from problem definition to solution delivery
• Design and iterate on interfaces for human-AI interactions, ensuring reusability across teams
• Gather requirements independently by engaging with providers and stakeholders to identify problems and propose solutions

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in product design, focusing on complex work interfaces such as EHR or operational tools
• Experience designing human-AI interaction interfaces, particularly in agentic products
• Hands-on prototyping experience in code using AI agents on existing codebases
• Track record of contributing to design systems with reusable components and documentation
• Proven ability to independently gather requirements and drive solutions to release
