Staff Product Designer
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end design of AI-powered clinical tools, the full-time Staff Product Designer will shape human-AI interaction patterns and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own product design for the AI Track, from problem definition to working with engineers on solutions
- Design and iterate on interfaces where providers interact with AI-generated outputs
- Contribute to the design system by creating reusable components and documentation
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in product design, focusing on complex work interfaces
- Experience designing human-AI interaction and building agentic products
- Hands-on prototyping experience in code using AI tools
- Proven ability to gather requirements independently from users and stakeholders
- Advanced English (B2+) and fluent Russian; availability within CET-compatible hours
