Job Summary
As a full-time Staff Product Designer on the Activation team, this remote position will set the experience vision for customer compliance with Vanta, managing the design process from strategy to product launch while collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Set the end-to-end experience vision for Activation, creating a roadmap for product shipping
- Drive product shape and roadmap decisions using customer evidence and data
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in designing and shipping high-quality B2B SaaS products
- Proven track record of designing for business outcomes such as activation and retention
- Experience with AI-powered or automation-heavy products, demonstrating a clear design perspective
- Strong written strategy skills, including authoring product briefs and roadmaps
- Fluency with product analytics and experimentation, capable of defining success metrics and adapting based on results
