Job Summary
Owning the design process end-to-end, the full-time remote Staff Product Designer will create and launch innovative AI products for both external customers and internal operations, while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design of AI products from discovery to launch, ensuring a high standard of user experience and visual design
- Define ambiguous problems and shape product direction, making informed decisions in uncertain environments
- Conduct user research and leverage customer insights to continuously improve products post-launch
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful work
- Proven track record of taking products from concept to launch as the lead designer
- Experience designing for non-deterministic systems, such as AI-powered products
- Advanced prototyping skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Strong systems thinking with the capability to create scalable user experiences from scratch
