Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading the design of strategic, end-to-end experiences in a full-time capacity, the Staff Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex AI governance challenges into user-centered solutions while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large, complex initiatives to deliver world-class product experiences that influence strategy and improve workflows
• Drive end-to-end product experiences, developing frameworks to standardize and guide cross-team collaboration
• Mentor other designers and share expertise to elevate the design community within the organization

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing human-centered design solutions
• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
• Proven ability to develop frameworks for standardizing design practices across teams
• Experience in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
• A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and exploring new challenges
