Staff Product Engineer

Job Summary

Owning product and engineering work from intake through launch, the full-time Staff Product Engineer will manage the development of customer-facing software while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineering leaders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead product and engineering projects from conception to deployment, ensuring quality and reliability
• Collaborate with product managers to define project scope, customer needs, and business cases
• Engage directly with users and internal teams to gather insights and refine product features

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in building and shipping customer-facing software at a staff, principal, or lead level
• Demonstrated ability to frame ambiguous problems, define success metrics, and make strategic trade-offs
• Proven experience in system design across user interfaces, APIs, and relational data
• Track record of successfully shipping products from idea to production and owning the outcomes
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers
