Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the longitudinal patient record, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will manage product strategy, ensure data consistency, and drive the adoption of a unified patient care history across various healthcare settings.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for the longitudinal patient record, prioritizing high-value problems and making trade-offs among completeness, accuracy, and investment
• Define consistent representations of care events and ensure integration of multiple data sources into a trusted patient history
• Oversee patient matching, deduplication, and normalization processes to transform raw data into a reliable part of the patient's record

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, particularly with data platforms or shared data products
• Deep working knowledge of healthcare data, including claims, clinical documents, and lab data
• Experience defining and implementing canonical or master data across teams
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive delivery across diverse teams
• Demonstrated impact of data improvements on clinical outcomes or operational efficiencies
