Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Staff Product Manager will lead and monitor product management processes, advocate for solutions, and communicate with stakeholders while mentoring team members and supporting strategic initiatives.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience, with the possibility of substituting experience for education
• 3+ years of experience directing assignments for cross-functional teams
• Strong influential skills to advocate for product management practices and drive consensus
• Ability to define product vision and strategy while identifying growth opportunities
• Effective communication skills to translate complex issues for diverse audiences
