Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Passionate about building next-generation AI infrastructure, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will own critical components of the Agent Platform, focusing on agent execution frameworks, workflow orchestration, and developer enablement while collaborating with engineering and AI teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define the roadmap for core systems that power agent execution and workflow orchestration
- Create standards, APIs, and tooling to enable consistent development and scaling of agentic applications
- Partner with engineering to develop self-service mechanisms for registering tools and services within the AI OS
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management with a focus on platform, infrastructure, or AI products
- Strong technical understanding of agent architectures, workflow execution, and multi-agent systems
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, including engineers and senior executives
- Experience in building products that support a broad ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders
- Background in managing highly technical products with significant architectural complexity
