Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the product strategy and roadmap for fleet software platforms, the remote Staff Product Manager will manage existing solutions, define new products for emerging fleet segments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the evolution of fleet software platforms by identifying customer experience gaps and prioritizing improvements
- Define and build new software products for commercial truck and autonomous vehicle fleet operations
- Engage with fleet customers to understand their workflows and software needs, incorporating their feedback into product decisions
Required qualifications
- 12 years of product management experience, particularly in fleet management, telematics, or adjacent SaaS platforms
- Proven ability to manage existing software platforms while defining new products from inception
- Experience working with fleet operators or logistics companies is preferred
- Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering teams on software architecture and data pipelines
- Customer-focused and data-driven, with a knack for translating insights into prioritized product decisions
