Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the strategy and roadmap for the Network Monitoring System (NMS), the full-time Staff Product Manager will lead the evolution of network observability solutions, engaging with customers and cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and enhance operational experiences in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for NMS, shaping a modern experience for hybrid, cloud-connected networks
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to identify unmet needs and translate insights into product priorities and requirements
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful execution of the product roadmap
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in networking, network operations, observability, or a related technical field, with at least 5+ years in product management
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and operational workflows relevant to network operations teams
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into focused strategies and actionable requirements
- Familiarity with AI-enabled products and tools, with the ability to discuss their impact on product development
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
