Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy for a newly acquired consumer VPN business, the remote Staff Product Manager will manage the product roadmap, drive subscription growth, and establish a free ad-supported tier, all while directly impacting revenue and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap, collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Monetization teams
• Drive business performance metrics including revenue, trial-to-paid conversion, and retention
• Define and implement the subscription experience across multiple purchase paths and launch a free ad-supported tier

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years owning a product or business line
• Deep experience with consumer subscription products, including pricing, trials, and churn management
• Hands-on experience with in-app advertising monetization and related metrics
• Proven track record in managing products with P&L accountability and delivering measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with product analytics tools
