Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Defining and evolving foundational modeling capabilities, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager - Modeling Platform will manage the strategy and roadmap for a shared platform that represents complex business models across CaptivateIQ's products.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Modeling Platform strategy and roadmap, defining foundational capabilities and primitives
- Define durable platform abstractions and determine shared versus product-specific functionalities
- Partner with Engineering to develop data models, schemas, APIs, and ensure alignment across teams
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably with platform, data, or modeling products
- Proven track record of building shared platform capabilities across multiple products
- Strong technical fluency to collaborate effectively with senior engineers on architecture
- Experience or strong understanding of modeling systems and real-world data representation
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with a history of driving clarity and decisions
