Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Staff Product Manager in a full-time remote capacity, this role will manage the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for customer acquisition, focusing on building value for target customers and driving business growth through new product signups and conversions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the acquisition strategy to measure and increase product signups and new customer conversions
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to de-risk product viability, feasibility, and usability while aligning stakeholders around the discovery process
- Establish and analyze success metrics and data sources to monitor customer engagement and product usage
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- 3+ years of experience in the PaaS/Developer Tools space
- Proven track record of driving product strategy and achieving aggressive business goals
- Strong understanding of technical features and ability to communicate effectively with technical customers
- Experience in navigating early-stage ambiguity and employing a scrappy, experimental approach to product development
