Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team of engineers and SREs, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will own the developer platform for JLL's engineering, focusing on building automated pipelines for applications and services while enhancing observability and governance.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated create, UAT, and production pipelines for applications on the platform
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify pain points and develop platform capabilities that improve efficiency
- Direct the team in writing specifications, prototypes, and code while ensuring compliance and governance are integrated into the deployment process
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management or technical product leadership focused on platform or developer-tooling products
- Hands-on experience with LLM and agent building, including CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven track record of creating platforms that developers prefer to use
- Familiarity with cloud runtime trade-offs and internal engineering tooling at scale
- Experience working in a large, distributed, global company
