Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the vision and roadmap for operations systems, the full-time Staff Product Manager will manage system integrations, streamline processes, and enhance internal tools in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and prioritize a clear roadmap for operations systems based on stakeholder needs
- Analyze and improve workflows by shadowing support agents and operations teams to identify inefficiencies
- Design and implement reliable system integrations and data flows, replacing manual processes with automated solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree at a minimum
- 7+ years of product management experience, particularly in internal or operations systems
- Hands-on experience with integrations between third-party platforms and internal systems
- Proficiency in reading API documentation and understanding data flows
- Ability to navigate technical environments, including familiarity with Python or JavaScript and cloud services
