Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product vision and strategy, the full-time Staff Product Manager will focus on developing and executing the communications intelligence layer for ServiceTitan's Communications & Contact Center portfolio, working remotely to enhance data reporting, dashboards, and operational tools.
Key responsibilities
- Define and manage the multi-year vision and integrated roadmap for communication data and AI-powered insights
- Lead high-impact initiatives to improve the capture and utilization of communication data across various channels
- Own the product direction for operational reporting, workforce management, and Voice Intelligence tools
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management or equivalent experience in complex data, analytics, and communications products
- Strong technical fluency in data modeling, APIs, and analytics pipelines
- Proven ability to define product and AI quality metrics and connect them to business outcomes
- Experience creating high-fidelity product prototypes using tools like Figma Make or Claude Design
- Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders around complex initiatives
