Job Summary
To reinvent how provider growth is automated and scaled, the full-time Staff Product Manager will drive the roadmap for Headway's go-to-market systems, unifying sales, marketing, and engineering while identifying bottlenecks and implementing automation solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the roadmap for go-to-market systems, aligning sales, marketing/growth, and engineering around a unified vision
- Identify and eliminate manual bottlenecks to enhance growth and efficiency through automation
- Lead innovation in the marketing stack to improve provider acquisition effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in driving acquisition or sales-process efficiency through automation or tooling
- Experience collaborating with marketers to develop scalable acquisition systems
- Ability to unify cross-functional teams around a single roadmap without formal authority
- Understanding of when to apply automation versus people or incentive fixes for process problems
- Capability to present technical and business cases to both engineers and sales leadership
