Job Summary
Driving the roadmap for an AI-native IT operations product, the full-time Staff Product Manager will define and deliver the L1 Agent, collaborate with engineering and design partners, and enhance customer engagement in a remote work environment.

- Define and drive the L1 Agent roadmap, ensuring hands-on delivery
- Collaborate with GTM teams on enablement, marketing, and launch activities
- Conduct customer discovery with design partners and enterprise users
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of shipping AI or ML products to production
- Strong product-UX instincts focusing on self-service customer experiences
- Technical fluency in engaging with engineering on architecture and system design
- Experience leading customer discovery and design partner programs
