Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the development of enterprise-tier products, the full-time Staff Product Manager will create capabilities that enhance Headway's relationships with strategic payer accounts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-tier products in collaboration with strategic payer accounts to drive engagement and renewals
• Translate commercial requirements from the Payer BD team into actionable product specifications
• Create a repeatable framework for enterprise payer product development to ensure scalability and reusability

Required qualifications

• Experience as a Staff-level Product Manager in an enterprise sales environment
• Ability to balance enterprise rigor with startup urgency in product development
• Proven track record of generalizing specific client requests into reusable product features
• Strong capability to build trust and prioritize work with cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Healthcare or payer experience is a plus but not mandatory
