Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning and scaling Foodsmart's Food Access & Benefits platform, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will manage product execution, collaborate with operational teams, and drive strategic contributions to enhance food benefit programs and services for members and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end roadmap for the Food Access & Benefits pod, from discovery through launch and iteration
- Design and advocate for the member experience while translating complex operational workflows into scalable product capabilities
- Set the strategy for the Food Access & Benefits pod, ensuring alignment with cross-functional leadership and operational scalability
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B or B2B2C environments with operational complexity
- Proven track record of launching new products or service lines in complex operational settings
- Direct experience collaborating with Implementation, Operations, or Client Success teams to develop essential products
- Experience in AI-enabled product development processes and tools
- Familiarity with benefits management platforms or government health program operations is a plus
