Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the connected product strategy across Core Platform and Platform Value, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will set the product vision, manage roadmaps, and ensure user experiences that help partners operationalize security outcomes for their clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Set the integrated product vision and strategy in collaboration with various teams
- Own and communicate a roadmap that balances platform foundations with partner-visible value
- Lead strategy and discovery across platform capabilities and partner-facing experiences
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in product management with increasing scope and impact
- 2+ years of direct experience with the MSP business model and workflows
- 3+ years as a platform product manager with ownership of shared services or APIs
- Strong UX product management experience, including user research and workflow design
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or complex B2B technology environments
