Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Network Observability features and products, the full-time Staff Product Manager will drive product strategy from definition through GA and iteration, collaborating closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap for Network Observability, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Act as a subject matter expert in network observability, translating technical capabilities into business value for various stakeholders
• Engage with customers and prospects to gather insights and validate product ideas through prototyping and technical discussions

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of product management experience in B2B software, with a focus on complex products in networking or observability
• Proficiency in observability technologies such as SNMP, streaming telemetry, and OpenTelemetry
• Hands-on experience with coding, APIs, and prototyping in a technical environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical details effectively to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives
• Proven track record of managing products throughout their lifecycle with minimal oversight
