Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving a multi-year strategy for the content-to-discovery flywheel, the full-time Staff Product Manager will manage acquisition, processing, indexing, and retrieval of content while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and drive the strategy for content acquisition, processing, indexing, and retrieval
• Own the roadmap for infrastructure supporting content and catalog onboarding
• Define and measure data quality, freshness, and reliability metrics to prioritize investments

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or technical leadership with experience in content or commerce-supply platforms
• Direct experience in content/catalog acquisition, data enrichment, or low-latency retrieval systems
• Proven track record of improving data quality and relevance metrics across multi-stage pipelines
• Strong technical judgment and ability to engage deeply with engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degrees are a plus
