Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

To shape product strategy and guide development for complex digital services, the remote Staff Product Manager will partner with government customers and cross-functional teams to establish product priorities, define roadmaps, and deliver impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap development for complex digital products and services
• Collaborate with government customers and stakeholders to understand business priorities and user needs
• Own and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization activities in partnership with delivery teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in product management, digital product development, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience defining product strategy and priorities for complex digital products or services
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and human-centered design
• Must currently hold or have recently held a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) determination or higher-level federal security clearance
