Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Network Observability features and products, the full-time Staff Product Manager will manage product strategy from definition through GA and iteration, collaborating with Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap for Observability features, ensuring alignment with product strategy and customer needs
• Act as a subject matter expert in network observability, translating technical capabilities into business value
• Engage with customers for discovery and technical pre-sales, while collaborating across teams to ensure cohesive platform offerings

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of product management experience in B2B software, with a focus on complex products like networking and observability
• Proven product experience in network observability, monitoring, or telemetry
• Familiarity with observability technologies such as SNMP, streaming telemetry, and OpenTelemetry
• Ability to prototype and engage with engineering teams effectively
• Strong track record of managing products through their full lifecycle with minimal oversight
