Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning a major part of the 2027 product roadmap, the remote Staff Product Manager will manage the strategy and delivery of Firefox Enterprise offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams and pilot customers to define requirements and ensure successful product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a major Firefox Enterprise workstream
• Define requirements, success metrics, and release plans while collaborating with engineering, design, and security teams
• Engage with pilot customers to understand their needs and turn them into prioritized product decisions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with enterprise security or infrastructure products
• Experience owning a hosted or SaaS security product, including data residency requirements
• Familiarity with public sector organizations and understanding of sovereignty requirements
• Strong track record of execution and the ability to translate complex topics for various audiences
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers, particularly IT and security teams
