Job Summary
Leading the AI product strategy for Honeycomb's Canvas and Agentic AI teams, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will define and execute product initiatives that enhance AI-powered investigation experiences while collaborating with engineering and design leads to align customer needs with innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Define AI product strategy by synthesizing trends, customer needs, and technical capabilities
- Conduct research to bridge technology and customer reality, identifying patterns and future market needs
- Enable AI innovation across the product portfolio by partnering with teams to leverage AI capabilities and share learnings
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in product management with at least 1+ year shipping AI/ML-powered products
- Proven track record of taking AI features from concept to customer impact
- Deep understanding of engineering processes for building and operating AI systems
- Ability to synthesize research, customer feedback, and technical trends into coherent strategies
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas to varied audiences
